Both ways cover the areas of Accounting, Financial Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Management Studies. Graduates can apply and proceed to bachelor programs jointly organized in Hong Kong by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Heriot-Watt University:
畢業同學可升讀由香港理工大學 (The Hong Kong Polytechnic University) 及Heriot-Watt University (Heriot-Watt University) 提供的五個學位課程，直接入讀最後一年的課程。

Our “Fast Track” is an intensive course. Graduates are eligible to proceed to the final year of respective bachelor programs at The Heriot-Watt University (HWU). Upon completion of the respective programs (either on-campus at HWU or through distance learning with The Hong Kong Polytechnic University), graduates may attempt to earn the professional accounting recognition (Please see below for details).

ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is the global body for professional accountants.
It aims to offer business-relevant, first-choice qualifications to people of application, ability and ambition around the world who seek a rewarding career in accountancy, finance and management.
There are three components of ACCA Qualification:
- 1. Exams
- 2. Ethics
- 3. Experience
To be an ACCA member and become a Chartered Accountant, a trainee must:
- 1. 14 out of the potential 16 ACCA examinations
- 2. complete the Professional Ethics module
- 3. complete ACCA’s practical experience requirements (PER), i.e. 3 years.
Exemptions: ACCA examinations
Up to nine exemptions are available from the Fundamentals level of the ACCA Qualification. No exemptions
are available from the Professional level. You may be eligible to claim exemption from up to all nine exams
within the Fundamentals level.
