Course Module	The Programme consists of 8 modules.
Method of Assessment	All modules will be assessed by 100% coursework.
Entry Requirements	1. Mature applicants of at least 21 years of age AND in employment; OR 2. A BTEC HND Diploma in Foundation Programme; OR 3. A recognized HKQF Level 3 Diploma in a relevant subject (e.g. "Certificate in Construction Engineering and Management" and " Certificate in Construction Building Services" from IVE); OR 4. At least one Hong Kong Advanced Level subject pass in a relevant subject (e.g. Mathematics); OR 5. At least one subject at Level 3 in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) examination; OR 6. Completion of a BTEC Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject; OR 7. A comparable qualification.
